1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using any product from AnalystForge ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
2. Products
AnalystForge sells digital workflow products — including system prompts, templates, financial models, and supporting documentation — designed for use by private equity and investment professionals. Products are delivered as downloadable digital files following purchase.
Our products are designed for use with third-party AI platforms (including Anthropic's Claude). Use of those platforms is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers. AnalystForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or any other third-party AI provider.
3. License
Upon purchase, AnalystForge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased product(s) for your own internal professional purposes. This license does not permit:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the product to third parties
- Sharing the product files outside of your organization
- Modifying and reselling the product as your own
- Using the product to build or train competing AI products or datasets
The product may be used by multiple members of the same firm or organization under a single purchase, provided it is not distributed externally.
4. No Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased files, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Not Investment Advice
AnalystForge products are productivity tools for investment professionals. Nothing in our products, outputs, or documentation constitutes investment advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or make any investment decision. All outputs generated through our products should be reviewed by qualified professionals and verified independently before any reliance is placed upon them.
AnalystForge is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Use of our products does not create a professional advisory relationship of any kind.
6. Accuracy of Outputs
Our products leverage large language model AI technology, which may produce outputs that are incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for any business, investment, or professional purpose. AnalystForge makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
7. Confidential Information
Our products are designed to be used with confidential investment documents (such as Confidential Information Memoranda). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party AI platform (including Claude) complies with your confidentiality obligations, non-disclosure agreements, and applicable law. AnalystForge does not receive, process, or store any documents or data you upload to third-party AI platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnalystForge and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will meet your requirements or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.
10. Intellectual Property
All AnalystForge products, content, and materials are the intellectual property of AnalystForge. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
